HOW: Trick-or-Treat at Eastwood stores and restaurants! Enjoy family entertainment, music and games with Rock out Entertainment, live music by Tim the Music Man, face painting, Henna tattoos, cider and donuts and more! And meet Capital Area District Libraries' lovable mascot Linc the Library Cat!
