Newly opened Hot Chicken Kitchen held it's ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, October 4.
The crew of Hot Chicken Kitchen was joined by Mayor Virg Bernero, the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce, and Downtown Lansing, Inc.
The new restaurant officially opened for business on Friday, September 23.
The menu takes you on a trip to Nashville, with hot chicken served on Tennessee Toast and soul food sides like macaroni and cheese, collard greens and cornbread stuffing.

Hot Chicken Kitchen is located at 123 S. Washington Square in downtown Lansing and is open Monday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
