Stockbridge is doing a light pole decorating contest until the end of the month.
Local businesses and families have decorated the light poles around the town square.
Anyone can place a vote for a dollar for their favorite pole or charity at several locations in town. The winner gives all of the contest winnings to their designated charity.
There are 36 poles this year. Charities range from Crossroads Community Church Youth Center to Shop with a Cop to School lunches to the Grant Whitaker Scholarship.
Stockbridge has many creative and talented residents.
Most of the poles are decorated with lights so evening viewings are as fun as the daylight ours.
