The state Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs has launched a new site to help people figure out how to pronounce more than 2,200 names and places in Michigan.
"You Say It How in Michigan?" was originally created by the Michigan Braille and Talking Book Library as a guide for audio book narrators.
It includes phonetic pronunciations and MP3s of everything from singer Aaliyah (?-L?-?) to Zilwaukee (zil-WÔ-k?).
