MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Enjoy the full moon while taking a guided walk through the moonlit woods of the Harris Nature Center, 3998 Van Atta Road in Meridian Township on Friday, September 13th at 8 pm. Dogs are welcome and the group meets in the parking lot. The fee is $3/person, due at the time of the walk. For more information, contact hnc@meridian.mi.us or 517.349.3866.
“Dogs love to smell all the fresh scents in the woods,” said Nature Center Coordinator Kati Adams. “However, it is not necessary to have a dog to attend the walk”
Participants are reminded that dogs must be on non-retractable leashes and flashlights are permitted.
