Christmas came early for a waitress in Kalamazoo this week.
Seven "regulars" pooled together to give her a $1,000 tip and caught her reaction on camera.
Mike "Tonto" Alexander said he had no problem getting his friends to chip in and make someone's holiday.
"None of us are going to miss that $100, but whoever we give that $1,000 to it should have a nice impact on them. And I'm hoping that other people will see this and do the same thing."
The waitress, Mary, says she will use the money to pay some bills.
Whatever is leftover will be spent on presents for her family.
