Professional Eater Randy Santel will be at Crossroads BBQ on Monday, June 4, where he will go toe-to-toe with the “Chopping Block Challenge”!
Randy is rarely defeated in his food challenges. He has more than 600 wins across 48 states and 20 countries.
Randy’s attempt to crush his culinary opponent will begin at 6:30 p.m. at Crossroads BBQ, 221 S. Bridge St., Grand Ledge, Michigan.
Since Crossroads BBQ opened its doors in 2015, no one has successfully conquered the “Chopping Block Challenge.” Once the timer starts, Randy has exactly one hour to eat:
• 1 lb. of brisket
• 1 lb. of pulled pork
• 1 lb. of Andouille sausage
• 12 jumbo wings
• 1 full rack of ribs
• 1 large order of fries
• 1 large drink

Please note that Crossroads BBQ is closed on Mondays. While no food will be available for purchase, fountain drinks will be complimentary.
