Old railroad tower moved from Old Town

A real railroad tower is going to be part of a model railroad display. The small two-story building that sat next to the tracks in Lansing's Old Town was moved on Tuesday.

The Michigan Avenue tower once controlled the junction between the Michigan Central and Pere Marquette railroads as well as the crossing gates at Michigan Avenue.

It's going to the Lansing model railroad club property in Delta Township.
