LANSING, Mich. — Do you know an exemplary family physician in your community who goes above and beyond to deliver outstanding care to patients? Nominate him / her for the 2020 Michigan Family Physician of the Year Award.
Each year, Michigan Academy of Family Physicians (MAFP) presents this prestigious award to one family physician member of the Academy in recognition of commitment to his/her patients, community, and profession.
Representing more than 4,200 family physicians, family medicine residents, and medical students in Michigan, MAFP is the state’s largest specialty physician association. It was chartered as the American Academy of Family Physicians’ 19th constituent chapter in 1948. The MAFP Board of Directors will select this year’s Michigan Family Physician of the Year from eligible nominations received by Mar. 1.
