A new hotel could be coming to Lansing's "Reo Town" neighborhood.
Developer Urban Systems has entered into a contract with the Ingham County Land Bank to buy the vacant lot at the corner of South Washington Ave and Malcom X.
The group wants to build a Hilton "Extended Stay" hotel with around 130 rooms.
The project is expected to cost between ten and fifteen million dollars.
