New Fiber Arts Exhibit opening at REACH April 5

LANSING, Mich. — REACH Studio Art Center presents Fiber Reaction: Response to Materials and Methods, an invitational fiber arts exhibition to celebrate the launch of REACH’s new Fiber Arts Studio space in Lansing, Michigan.

The exhibition will feature Midwest artists who engage with contemporary textile practices that push the boundaries of traditional fiber techniques. Fiber Arts workshops, artist talks and community art-making will be included in the 6 week celebration and Fiber Reaction exhibition taking place April 5-May 17, 2019 at REACH in REO Town, Lansing MI.

Opening Reception: 6:30-8:30 Friday, April 5, 2019 REACH Studio Art Center Gallery 1804 S. Washington Ave, Lansing MI 48910 Free and Open to the public 7:00 Artist Talk Throughout evening, participate in a community art project, enjoy refreshments and look at the art presented by 12 midwest fiber artists.
