Baron, a rottweiler mix, was found in Detroit back in January with his nose, ears, and tail cut off.

Surgery was performed at the MHS Mackie Center for Animal Care in Detroit. He was in surgery for two hours and forty minutes. They had to correct a bad docking, and do reconstructive surgery on his nose.

Baron has recovered, and has been cleared to go to his forever home. The Michigan Humane Society shared a photo on theirFacebook page.

The reward for information leading up to the arrest of whoever is responsible for mutilating Baron is at 40 thousand dollars. If you have any information call theMichigan Humane Society.
