A program to beautify the streets of Charlotte got a boost from a local credit union.
Charlotte Rising, which focuses on revitalizing downtown Charlotte, received a commitment from MSU Federal Credit Union of $10,000.
The money will help the city of Charlotte attract new businesses, support economic growth and create new jobs.
