Michigan to launch disability savings program

Michigan will become the fifth state in the country to launch a disability savings program.

The "My---Able" program offers investment and tax incentives for families and individuals with disabilities.

State leaders will host a news conference to discuss the program, followed by registration open house so people can sign up.

The news conference starts at 11:30 a.m. inside the Speaker's Library at the Capitol.

The registration open house starts right after and goes until 4 p.m.
