The Lansing School District gave taxpayers a look at how some of their money is being spent Monday.

It dedicated the new entrance of Sexton High School Monday morning.

The district repaired the steps and added granite benches and new flag poles.

Landscaping will be done next spring.

The project costs a little more than $275,000.

The money came out of a sinking fund for building repairs approved by the voters.
