A Lansing-based company is expanding its reach around the globe.
Neogen announced today that it's buying brazilian company Rogama.
Rogama is heavily involved in pest-control products, which Neogen says meshes well with its focus on animal health care products.
Terms of the deal were not released.
Neogen bough the British agricultural-chemical company Quat Chem earlier this month.
