The youngest member elected to the Michigan House of Representatives was sworn into office on Wednesday.
He's 21-year-old Jewell Jones, a democrat from Inkster. Jones won 65-percent of the vote in the November election.
This isn't the first time he's been the youngest elected into an office. A year ago he was voted onto the Inkster city council board.
Jones is on pace to graduate from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in May.
