On Sunday, October 28, 2018, from 2:00 - 4:00 PM we will be hosting Holt/Delhi Township area children from infants to youths showing off in every kinds of costume. It will be in the safe public areas of Veterans Memorial Park located behind the Delhi Township Office at 2074 Aurelius Rd, Holt, MI 48842. Participant booths will be lined up on the sidewalks of the Park.
We are inviting all Holt/Delhi businesses to participate in greeting the kids and handing out trinkets and/or candies of your choice. Booth space will be assigned to businesses, civic groups, service clubs and government/education offices. Your booth will have a minimum of 8 –10 foot frontage and more if you need it. Bring your own tables, chairs and you can have pop up tents or tents with side and back walls. If you want more space please let us know. You can start setting up anytime before 2:00 PM, it’s suggested to start no later than 1:00 PM.
Wrapped candies of any type are acceptable, no home made food items please. Signs with your business name are permitted, handing out business cards and some promotional items are OK, but no selling on site. The amount of goodies handed out can vary. We have had attendance of up to or over 1,000 kids and parents several times. We also suggest you dress up your booth with decorations and even have your personnel come in costume. Dress warm! There will be prizes given out to the top three booths. Prizes determined by popular vote.
There is no registration or booth fees for this event, come have fun with us, see and meet all the wonderful people that just want to have a great afternoon of fun.
