City of Mason's local band From Big Sur is performing an outdoor concert on Thursday, June 23 at 6p.m. at the Ingham County Courthouse lawn, located at 315 S Jefferson St, Mason Mich.
This concert is part of the summer concert series "Thursday Night Live! Courthouse Concerts," hosted by the Mason Area Chamber of Commerce.
From Big Sur is a rock n' roll music group from mid-Michigan that has been performing since 2006.
In the past, these summer concerts reach an audience of over 200 people. These concerts are free and open to the public.
The Mason Optimist club will have concessions for sale throughout the performance.
"The Chamber hosting Thursday Night Live! Courthouse Concerts again is a way to bring more fun and excitement to downtown Mason,” Amy Hanson of Independent Bank and concert committee chair said in a press release.
Dates of future courthouse concerts include July 7 and 21, August 11 and 25, and September 15, and are weather permitting.
