It's annual Flower Planting Day at the Capitol.
Volunteers and Capitol staff will be planting pink begonias, blue petunias, yellow marigolds and other types of flowers.
In all, more than 11,000 flowers will be planted outside the Capitol today.
The planting started at 8:30 this morning.
