LANSING, Mich. — Volunteers of America Michigan, largest private provider of services to veterans in Michigan, to host Hero Fest event to serve veterans, active duty military members, and their families.

WHEN: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Friday August 16th
WHERE: Cooley Law School Stadium | The View Lounge (505 E Michigan Ave, Lansing, MI 48912)

· Over 70 veteran service organizations and community partners
WHY: Hero Fest will be the largest and first of its kind, offering over 70 partners to connect our nation’s heroes with Education, Employment, Healthcare, and Quality of Life opportunities. The event is focused on serving all members of service to our country, which includes active duty, reserves, veterans, and their families. The event will even offer on-site childcare to ensure they can take full advantage of all opportunities at the event. Lunch will be provided to all veterans, active duty, and reserve members.
