It's National Computer Science Education Week and a group of East Lansing High School students hosted their second Coding and Cookies event inside the high school's library.
Students for Females in STEM hosted the event.
Kids first through 12th grade were invited to attend and even parents were allowed to participate.
The found of the organization says it's important for students to get a head start in using analytical processes.
