Community organizations and small businesses in Lansing united on Sunday to benefit the Refugee Development Center.
They put on the event to benefit the local refugee development non-profit through coffee sales, a comedy performance and more.
Organizers say the goal of the event was to raise as much money and awareness as they could for the center, so they could come together as a community to help people feel welcome.
