There's great news for several communities in the Lansing-area.
The Lansing Economic Area Partnership, also known as LEAP, announced three communities will get a public art grant to place public art displays.
East Lansing, Grand Ledge and Mason will each get $10,000. They have until the end of October to decide who the artists of the public art will be and where it will go.
LEAP has awarded over 17 grants in the past five years.
