Center Stage Jackson is starting off its 2017-18 Season with Main Stage Musical My Fair Lady. This family-friendly musical will run November 3, 4, 10, and 11 at 7:30pm, with Sunday matinees November 5 and 12 at 3:00pm. All performances are on the stage of the Baughman Theatre at Jackson College's Potter Center, 2111 Emmons Rd. Jackson, MI 49201.

Acclaimed Professor and confirmed bachelor Henry Higgins makes a wager with his linguistic colleague Colonel Pickering that in six months he can pass off “gutter snipe” Eliza Doolittle as a duchess at an embassy ball. Through arduous training, day and night, Eliza learns how to speak English “properly,” and transforms into a lady respected and adored by all classes. However, she finds herself in a difficult position, now too refined to go back to her old life and not with any means or desire to live life as a lady of leisure – especially by herself.

My Fair Lady's Artistic Staff include Steven Owsley (Director), Christina McKim (Asst. Director, Stage Manager), Lisa Cryderman (Vocal Director), Serenity Gerrild (Choreography), Michael Mason (Orchestra Director), and Ellen Yoakam (Costumes).

The cast includes Anne Fleming (Eliza), David Trippett (Henry Higgins), David Gilman (Colonel Pickering), Tim Van Atter (Freddy Eynsford-Hill), Mike Sutton (Alfred Doolittle), and an ensemble of over twenty local actors.

A Pay-What-You-Can Preview Night will be held Wednesday November 1st at 7:30pm. Tickets for this preview may only be purchased with cash between 6:30pm and 7:30pm immediately before the performance.

Tickets purchased in advance are $18 for Adults and $16 for Students (with ID). Tickets purchased at the door are $20 for Adults and $18 for Students (with ID). Groups of ten or more can purchase tickets at a discounted rate of $16 per person in advance, or $18 at the door.
