We would like to cordially invite you and your team to compete in the 3rd Annual Spartanvitational. Our tournament will run in accordance to normal Michigan Interscholastic Forensics Association rules for individual events. Please check for reference if you are unfamiliar with such guidelines.

Michigan State's Spartan Speech is a club made up of former MIFA forensicators and speech-lovers, a full group of Michigan State students who once were on your team! Members include alumni from Walled Lake Western, Bloomfield Hills, Portage Northern, Standish-Sterling, Groves, Divine Child, Seaholm, Stevenson, Portage Central, Loy Norrix, Avondale, Skyline and more! We could use all the help we can get to continue to make this tournament a reality. Help us stay involved in speech activities: bring your team, join our tab staff, and enjoy the beautiful campus here in East Lansing, Michigan!

Dinos and Robots and Sharks, Oh My! Print and take Workshop

Looking for something fun and unique to do with the kids during this cold season? Bring the fun inside and take them to our kid stencil workshop. Underwater creatures, robots, and dinosaurs, oh my! We’ve got something for everyone to enjoy.

During this 2-hour make and take workshop adults and children will work together to screen-print their own t-shirt and tote bag. Participants get to choose from different stencils to screen print, creating their own custom piece. Their accompanying adult will assist children with the screen-printing portion of the class. Once printed, the stencil turns into a coloring project for the remainder of the class.

Developed in partnership with Family Hope Foundation, Sensory Showtimes make movies extra welcoming to guests with special needs, including autism. So come relax, be yourself, and enjoy a movie at Celebration! Cinema!

Ella’s Explorers is back for the 2020 season! This drop-in program is designed for children with a curious mind and an explorer’s heart. Join Ella Sharp Musuem each Saturday starting February 22 - May 5 from 1-4p for an out of this world activities and experiences to coincide with our upcoming exhibit, “My Sky”.

Recommended for ages 7-11.
Included in gallery admission:
$5 for adults; $3 for children; FREE for under the age of 5;
FREE for members of Ella Sharp Museum

20 minute planetarium shows offered at 1p and 3p for an additional $2 per person.
