LANSING, Mich. — Experience the magic of favorite movie music throughout the decades at Starlight Theatre’s Red Carpet Melodies revue, February 8-10, 2019. Our cast of vocalists will salute Hollywood with award-winning songs from the American Film Institute’s Top 100: Moon River, Over the Rainbow, As Time Goes By, 42nd Street, Singin’ In the Rain, Luck Be a Lady, All That Jazz and many more sure to stir nostalgia and smiles! Featured singers: Colleen Bethea, Chris Bethea, Kelly Bitz, Bill Henson, Ellen Hoard, Alaina Humphrey, Elizabeth Johnson, Charlie Martin, Kelly Sandula-Gruner, David Sincox, Dan Templin and Martin Underhill. Choreographer Fran Ludington shows off her dancing skills on several numbers, along with Michael Chan. Pianist James Geer leads a talented group of instrumentalists: Kristen Lare, flute; Jack Mumma, upright bass; and James Flanagan, drums. Along with the main dessert of ice cream sundaes, movie style popcorn will also be available, made fresh on site. Don’t miss this special night of fun and movie memories!
