LANSING, Mich. — Come to Scrapfest, one of Lansing's coolest art festivals and witness the amazing up-cycled and repurposed creations this year's artists bring!
This is a free-to-enter event! There will be:
- A SCRAP METAL SCULPTURE COMPETITION ⚒
- ECO-ART BOOTH VENDORS 🎨
- MUSIC 🎶
- PICNIC FOOD TRUCK 🚚
- FAMILY & EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES 🎨
View the full schedule and detailed festival info here: https://scrapfest.com/scrapfest-11-infoand-schedule
There is no auction this year. Instead, we have worked out a price with each artist – both a discounted price leading up to and during the festival, and a full gallery price the pieces go up to after the festival is over – and the pieces are simply on sale. First come, first serve. View and inquire about buying the ScrapFest 11 sculptures here: https://scrapfest.com/scrapfest-11-pieces
10% of the proceeds from the sale of each sculpture in the competition and merchandise will go to this year's partner organization, Small Talk Children's Advocacy Center, which provides a comfortable environment for survivors of physical and sexual abuse to provide testimony during the investigation process.
