MERIDIAN TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Enjoy the full moon while taking a guided walk through the moonlit woods of the Harris Nature Center, 3998 Van Atta Road in Meridian Township on Friday, May 17th at 9 pm. Dogs are welcome and the group meets in the parking lot. The fee is $3/person, due at the time of the walk. For more information, contact hnc@meridian.mi.us or 517.349.3866.
“The best part of this walk for me, is to see all the different kinds of dogs as we gather before the walk,” said Nature Center Coordinator Kit Rich. “However, it is not necessary to have a dog to attend the walk.”
Participants are reminded that dogs must be on non-retractable leashes and flashlights are permitted.
