LANSING, Mich. — Endeavor House Ministries would like to invite the public to their 13th Annual Donor Appreciation Banquet and Fundraiser. The event features a dinner, silent auction, and testimonies from many of the men the organization has helped achieve sobriety over the last 14 years. Endeavor House is a drug and alcohol recovery program serving men in need in the Lansing and surrounding communities. The organization has two residential facilities “focusing on the love of Christ and his forgiveness to help people work through life-controlling issues such as addictive compulsive disorders.” The ministry is a one year recovery program consisting of four phases. Each phase is focused on the “Eight Recovery Principles” of Celebrate Recovery, the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous, and the Word of God. Residents are encouraged to apply these principles in their daily lives and by using these tools residents rebuild their personal and community relationships. This event is the most important fundraiser of the year for Endeavor House Ministries, and helps to support the organization throughout the year.
The banquet will be held Saturday, May 11th from 1-4 PM at Mt. Hope Methodist Church, 501 E Mt. Hope Ave. Lansing MI, 48910 and all are encouraged to attend. If you cannot attend, but would like to help support Endeavor House through a monetary gift or volunteerism, donations and contributions can be sent to 3830 South Waverly Road Lansing MI, 48911, or you can contact Director Mike Keenoy at (517) 285-1270.
