Here’s what’s going on around town for kids like me.
There is one rule in my house when it comes to chicken. whether its baked, boiled, grilled or fried…cook it right. It is time for the Michigan Chicken Wing Festival on Aug 31st through September 2nd at Adado Park in Lansing Michigan. The mission of the Michigan Chicken Festival is to promote community through food and music. This event involves bringing together a wide variety of restaurants, food truck vendors, musical artists and merchant vendors from across the state and the region. There will be games for adults and for kids. Be sure to sign up for the chicken wing eating contest. This is a three-day event.
