With the temperatures cooling down, it's the perfect weather to go to the zoo this weekend. Potter Park Zoo is hosting Red Panda Day. The family friendly event features a Red Panda themed scavenger hunt, special zookeeper talks, and animal enrichment. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with regular zoo admission.
You can also head on over to Potter Park Zoo on Sunday to tailgate with the animals. The zoo will be hosting a pre celebration to kick-off the excitement of the big game between MSU and U of M, which will take place next weekend. Tailgating will take place from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. with regular zoo admission, unless you have a student ID.
