Today is the day as the week long Ingham County Fair kicks off. The fair, in its 164th year, includes hundreds of exhibits, games, and rides. Along with grandstand events each day. Including demolition derbys, supercross racing, barrel racing and a tractor pull. There's also a free family fun zone, and dairy cooking contests. Gate admission is six dollars for adults, five for senior and kids between three and twelve, and kids under three get in free. Armbands for rides are 18 dollars for one day or 70 for the week.
