Calling all poets. The 12th Annual Poetry in the City is tomorrow night on the Capitol steps. The annual events showcases a number of local and nationally recognized poets, and if you have a poem, you're totally welcome to join, just keep it under three minutes and make sure its family friendly. It all starts at 7 pm rain or shine on the steps of the Michigan Capitol. You can bring a lawn chair or blanket and the whole event is free.
