Let's talk about what's going on around town right here in Mid- Michigan.
On Saturday it's the Hawk Island Kids Triathlon.
It's at Hawk Island Park, the fun starts at 10 am.
The Hawk Island Triathlon is a beginner friendly event, designed to welcome and encourage people of all ages, shapes sizes, and abilities as they venture into the world of triathlon's.
Sprint participants range in age from 8 to 80, so your kids to your grandparents.
The kids race has three categories with varying distances for ages 2 through 14.
