This weekend we have an event for you that gets your body moving, while also helping out a great cause. Come on out tomorrow to the "Run for the House" 10-K and 5-k run and walk. This event takes place Saturday at Delta Dental in Okemos. You can participate by running or walking either the 10-k or 5-k. Your little one can also tag along in a stroller during the race, and older kids can participate in their own one mile race as well. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., and admission cost 10 dollars. Proceeds will go to the Ronald McDonald house of Mid-Michigan. Which provides housing for families whose child is hospitalized in the Lansing area.
