LANSING, Mich. (WSYM) - Apple Vacations has announced that it is renewing its schedule of nonstop Exclusive Vacation Flights from Capital Region International Airport (LAN) to three popular warm-weather getaways for its 2018-19 season.
Back for the second consecutive year are nonstop flights to Montego Bay, Jamaica. Also, parts of the 2018-19 schedule are longtime favorites Cancun, Mexico, and Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
Between Dec. 22, 2018, and April 8, 2019, Apple will offer a total of 81 nonstop flights from Lansing to the three tropical locales.
“It’s a testament to the Lansing market that Apple is once again offering a full complement of vacation destinations from LAN,” said Nicole Noll-Williams, Capital Region International Airport’s director of customer satisfaction and air service development. “While temperatures continue to heat up in Michigan with summer’s arrival, it’s prime time to begin planning your winter getaway to ensure best choice and availability.”
For the 2018-19 season, Apple’s Non-stop Exclusive Vacation Flights from Lansing are on Miami Air, operated by TUI Airlines Belgium N.V. The 180-seat 737-800 aircraft will depart LAN for Cancun on Sundays and Thursdays; Punta Cana on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays; and Montego Bay on Fridays.
