The radio stations of Midwest Communications: 94.1 DUKE FM, i92.9 WLMI, Q106 FM & FUEL 92.1, wraps up its fourth annual “Teddy Bear Posse” campaign. Over the past four summers, Midwest Communications has run a very successful promotion to collect new teddy bears and stuffed animals for local law enforcement agencies and first responders. These agencies use the teddy bears to comfort small children involved in traumatic events and situations.

Since 2015, the Teddy Bear Posse has collected more than 17,000 stuffed animals distributed to area agencies!
A press conference will be held on Friday, September 28th at 10:00AM at Shaheen Chevrolet, 632 American Road, Lansing, 48911. The event will be held outdoors, weather permitting. In the event of rain, the press conference will be moved inside.
Representatives from the Ingham County Sheriff’s Department, Lansing Police Department, Lansing Fire Department, Midwest Communications Radio Stations, and partner sponsors will be present.
