We thank these sponsors for helping us to put on this free event for the community. This year’s parade theme is “Celebrating 60 Years”.
We would like to encourage all of the Jackson community to take part in this historical parade by being part of it. We are looking for schools, civic groups and businesses to have a float, a car, walkers etc.. There is no fee to participate but you must register. Please visit the Jackson Rose Festival website to complete an entry form https://jacksonrosefestival.org/rose-parade-entry-form/
The parade route will begin in downtown on South Jackson St. and Mason St. (near Austin Park), travel along Greenwood to Fourth St. down to the Middle School at Parkside and ending. There is no Picnic in the Park for 2018.
We would like to thank the Rose parade committee for their tireless work. It takes a lot of behind the scene hours to put this parade on for the community to enjoy. If you are interested in being part of this committee, please email us. For all the information visit www.jacksonrosefestival.org
