This Saturday, June 18th from 9a.m.-3p.m. marks the 24th annual Oldsmobile Homecoming Car Show and Swap Meet at the State of Michigan's OPS center parking lot, located at 7285 Parsons Drive, Dimondale, Mich.
This event is the world's largest, one-day Oldsmobile car show with over 500 cars, 100 vendors, between 30-40 cars for sale, a memorabilia auction, music and more.
Admission is free to the public, and every year the show expects over 6,000 guests.
This event is sponsored by Lansing's R.E. Olds chapter of the Oldsmobile Club of America. Participants travel from 22 states and four Canadian provinces.
This year's featured car is the 1966 Toronado and at 10:30 a.m. on show day, guests will be able to hear about the production of the car from the original engineers and designers in the 1960's and ask questions.
Showing a car and having a vendor station requires prior registration.
Other related events include the "Downtown Dimondale Cruise-In" on Friday, June 17th at 6p.m. and "Night at the Museum" at the R.E. Olds Transportation Museum on Saturday, June 18th from 4-7p.m.
