LANSING, Mich. — We have a couple of showers rolling through Mid-Michigan but they are on the lighter side and we will see those dissipate in the next couple of hours setting up a partly cloudy night. By the wee hours of Sunday morning, showers are possible once again and that threat continues through the morning. Not until the afternoon where we see a better chance for showers and storms, especially east of U.S. 27 as the front taps into building instability. Sunday night we clear out, setting up a nice start to the day Monday, but clouds thicken back up late as the second cold front approaches looking to bring more showers and storms through the overnight hours.
Behind that second front, our temperatures return to more seasonable levels for the remainder of the workweek, and we see a couple more chances for rain/storms Wednesday and Thursday afternoon.
