LANSING, Mich. — After probably the best weather day of 2020 so far, a cold front will bring an end to the warmth and re-introduce few light snow showers. Our warmest temperatures already occurred at midnight in the middle 30s, and will fall and remain steady in the lower 20s much of the day. Accumulation will remain under one inch. High pressure will slide in by Saturday to bring the sunshine back! Snow chances ramp up Sunday and Monday with accumulating snow looking likely. Monday's system is one to really watch as we get closer. The current track may bring accumulating snow to our southern counties.

TODAY: Mostly cloudy with light snow showers and inland flurries. Accumulations will be under one inch. Highs in the lower/middle 20s. Breezy with a west-northwest wind at 10 to 15 mph. Wind chills in the single digits.

SATURDAY: Mostly sunny to partly cloudy. Highs in the upper 20s. Winds west at 5 to 10 mph.

SUNDAY: Snow showers likely. Accumulation of around one inch or less. Highs around 30.

MONDAY: Chance of snow. Snow could be heavy, especially across our southern counties. Highs around 30.
