LANSING, Mich. — Sunshine, warmth, dry air. Wash, rinse, repeat.
That's what much of our next week looks like in Mid-Michigan as a warm, dry summer pattern takes shape. Clouds, let alone rain, will be tough to come by, at times.
Highs do not range much with upper 80s temperatures all week, and overnight lows are in the lower 60s.
The only true shot at rain for the period comes on Sunday, and even that has been looking less and less likely with each passing day this week.
Keep watering those lawns and gardens for now; Mother Nature owes us some rain and should deliver around the end of the month, according to our long-range outlook.
In the meantime, enjoy the sunny stretch with low humidity as there will undoubtedly come a cloudy period where we'll wish we had the sunshine back!
