LANSING, Mich. — Seasonable temperatures and sunshine are on tap for today with highs expected to top out around 50 degrees. The clouds will move back in tonight as another cold front approaches the area. The front may touch off a few rain showers in the early morning hours of Friday, but the rain should move out by daybreak. Skies will clear out and become partly cloudy tomorrow with highs only in the low to mid 40s.
Our weekend looks chilly on Saturday, and then more mild on Sunday. Rain showers are possible, but the weekend will not be a washout. The majority of our Saturday will be spent under partly cloudy skies with highs in the mid 40s. Rain showers will move in Saturday evening and continue through Saturday night. Showers will remain through the day Sunday with temperatures warming into the mid 50s.
Colder air will arrive for the beginning of the work with with high temperatures only reaching the low to mid 40s Monday through Wednesday.
