LANSING, Mich. — Another pleasant evening is in store with temperatures slowly tapering off overnight and clear skies. It's a great night once again for a fire or barbecue with comfortable conditions.
More sun is back on Thursday with temperatures rising into the upper 80s for most. Friday looks like a similar hot and dry forecast with some folks even touching 90 degrees.
Another hot day on Saturday features a small kink in the pattern with a small chance for pop-up shower or thunderstorm activity in the late afternoon. The more likely chance for rain comes for Father's Day Sunday, although it still isn't expected to be a washout.
Temperatures try and get back towards normal by the middle of next week with highs in the lower 80s, but we'll have a couple hit-or-miss bouts with some showers to contend with.
