LANSING, Mich. — It’ll be a chilly start to the week with below average temperatures expected for our Monday. Warmer air will start to build in tomorrow, and then we’ll see a nice warm-up by through the week. High temperatures will rise into the 60s by Wednesday.
Mostly sunny skies can be expected for today, but temperatures will still struggle to warm up. Plan for highs in the mid 40s this afternoon. Today will also be another breezy day with west-southwest winds at 10-20 mph in the afternoon with occasional gusts near 30 MPH. The wind will add an extra chill to the air making it feel colder than it actually is. Skies remain mostly clear tonight and lows will drop into the mid 30s.
Tuesday and Wednesday will feature a lot of sunshine and warmer temperatures. Tuesday’s highs will climb into the mid to upper 50s and we should be in the low 60s by Wednesday. A few more clouds will build in for Thursday, but temperatures will remain warm for early November in the low 60s.
The warm air is expected to stick around into Friday and the upcoming weekend. Friday will be mostly sunny with highs in the mid 60s. Saturday will be mostly sunny with highs in the mid to upper 60s and we may come close to 70 degrees by Sunday.
