LANSING, Mich. — While the official start of fall was Tuesday morning, Mother Nature has decided to delay the shift in seasons until next week.
In the meantime, we've been enjoying above average temperatures which will feature some 80s highs across the state this weekend.
Big changes in the large scale are coming as soon as Sunday night, when shower activity starts to take place.
While no big washouts are expected as of now, almost every day looks to provide some on-and-off chances for rain, along with windy conditions, at times.
Aside from the rain, the more noticeable difference will be the high temperatures--these will ride in the 50s for the entire week, roughly 20-25 degrees colder than highs this past week.
With this weekend likely the last time we'll see the 80s in 2020, summer lovers should be sure to take advantage of the warmer weather!
