LANSING, Mich. — Good Saturday evening everyone! Temps are chilly out there right now in the upper 40's, and we do have some light rain and drizzle moving through the region. We will stay cloudy tonight and more widespread rain showers work back into the region by the wee hours, looking to stick with us through Sunday morning before becoming more isolated in the afternoon. Temperatures tomorrow will stay on the cooler side in the low 50′s.
High pressure works in late tomorrow and that will bring clearing skies, and plunging temps overnight, with Monday morning starting off in the low 30′s causing frost to develop across the region. Monday features a good deal of sunshine which will help our temperatures warm up a bit into the upper 50′s but we get even warmer Tuesday and Wednesday into the mid to upper 60′s.
A series of disturbances look to pass through southern Ontario Tuesday and Wednesday and that will draw the warmer air into the state. Winds will also pick up a good deal Wednesday. Staying in the 60′s through Friday and then low 70′s by next Saturday!
Have a great night! -Meteorologist Caleb Meute
