LANSING, Mich. — Finally seeing some sunshine, at least early today. Starting partly cloudy early before clouds fill in later this afternoon. Temperatures remain near normal for early December with highs in the upper 30s. Mostly cloudy tonight and as such temperatures don't move much only falling into the low 30s. Partly to mostly sunny skies Friday with highs in the mid 30s. Another quiet and beautifully sunny day Saturday with highs in the upper 30s to around 40 degrees. Warmer Sunday with highs in the mid 40s under mostly cloudy skies. Rain arrives Sunday night and carries over into the day Monday. Scattered rain showers and warm Monday with highs in the upper 40s. From there temperatures plummet. Highs start in the low 30s Tuesday and fall through the day. Highs don't even make it out of the 20s Wednesday. Both days will feature scattered lake effect snow with minor accumulations.
