LANSING, Mich. — Some relief from the cold comes today. Slightly warmer with highs in the mid to upper 30s this afternoon. A mix of clouds and sun for most of the day. Increasing clouds truing overcast tonight with lows only dropping into the low 30s. Friday sees above average temperatures with highs around 40 degrees under mostly cloudy skies. Saturday brings a light mix of rain and snow. Not a washout and any precip will be little more than a nuisance. High temperatures in the upper 30s Saturday. Colder air returns Sunday with daytime highs in the upper 20s under mostly cloudy skies. Next storms system set to arrive Monday with the potential for heavy snow. Lake effect flurries may linger Tuesday and Wednesday with highs in the mid to upper 20s.
